Terms and Conditions

Your lesson slot is yours for the semester, please plan accordingly regarding sports, practices/rehearsals, vacations, and any other extra curriculars. If you need to change times please discuss this with your instructor.

• Only lessons missed due to illness or an emergency will be rescheduled. These can be made up outside of the normal lesson time. (they do not roll over or replace future lessons)
• Lessons missed for any other reason cannot be made up, but with notice your instructor can adjust the lesson plan to make sure your student has enough to practice if there is a longer time between lessons
• Lessons missed without notice (no call, no show) cannot be made up.
• Any make-up lessons that are not redeemed by the end of the semester will expire.

In the event an instructor has to reschedule, these lessons will be taught by the original instructor or may be taught by a substitute.
